Mō te tūranga | What you’ll be doing   

You’ll help shape our pipeline of renewable energy projects—from identifying sites and engaging landowners, through concept development, feasibility studies, concept design, community engagement, iwi engagement, and resource consent applications, right through to ensuring smooth handover to detailed design, business case, and construction teams, with ongoing input as needed.

The focus will be on wind and grid-scale solar farm developments, alongside other exciting renewable initiatives including battery storage, and emerging technologies.

Ngā pukenga kei a koe mō tenei tūranga | What you’ll bring   

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, sciences, project management,or environmental planning/RMA is preferred.
  • Solid project management, design management and/or development management experience is essential (5 to 20+ years).
  • We welcome diverse backgrounds — experience in renewable energy development, design or construction is preferred, but strong transferable skills and a genuine passion for renewables are also valuable.
  • You’ll be responsible for managing development budgets exceeding $1 million.

Location – Wellington based is essential, with some travel across the motu from time to time as necessary for project work.
