What we're looking for!

Someone who can hit the ground running with knowledge and operational insight of our New Zealand retail group brands. Lead, develop and inspire your team of dedicated Customer Consultants to enable them to deliver the best customer experiences within an agile, multi-brand environment.

What you'll bring:

·         Preference will be given to those with Contact Centre experience

·         Previous experience as a people leader, able to coach and develop others to achieve success

·         Experience in remote managing, with strong ability to adapt and trial new ways in remote working situations.

·         Solid knowledge and understanding of our Powershop NZ brand

·         Proven experience in developing, implementing, and facilitating change, while working in an Agile environment

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to learn, work and lead others with new technology and process development
