Job Description

We are looking for Senior Recruiter to help us build and strengthen our talent. The Senior Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle. Identify highly qualified candidates,  for all positions including experienced professional/technical positions as well as management positions. Typical positions include: Maintenance Technicians/Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers, and Resident Services Coordinators. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for interviewing/evaluating prospective applicants, collaborating with/making recommendations to hiring managers, developing/maintaining effective working relationships with recruiting resources, and maintaining the full recruiting life-cycle.

*This position will support the California region and will sit in our San Francisco, CA office. Periodically travel to Los Angeles, CA, Sacramento, CA, and Denver, CO.

The ideal candidate has an established California network of candidates in Affordable Housing, Property Management and/or a related field with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining a highly qualified, diverse pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively search for qualified candidates of all positions in California through recruiting resources.

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop positional recruitment strategies.

Interview candidates by phone and/or in person and bring recommendations of top candidates to hiring managers.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in related field.  HR certificate preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years in recruiting, preferably in property management, and/or non-profit.  Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience is a key requirement.

  • Compensation: 75,000 + DOE (Depends on experience.)
