Interested in the Healthcare Industry? Get insight into the day to day activities of a Pharmacy and work behind the scenes of the Healthcare process, from receiving a doctor’s prescription to the delivery of a patient’s medication. In Customer Service, you will be responsible for the communication to and from various Healthcare agents, including patient, family, nurses, and doctor’s offices. We support a large number of Long Term Care facilities across Washington State and are looking for someone personable, with the ability to work fast and type quickly.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Refills: using computer software to refill patient medications upon request

Support: taking calls from, or calling, multiple patients or nurses

Authorizations: requesting authorization from doctors’ offices to fill medications

·         Answer incoming telephone calls and provide customer service

·         Process verbal and faxed refill requests

·         Communicate professionally with other Health Care Providers

·         Able to follow written and oral instruction

·         Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·         Excellent computer and office skills

·         Types 60 wpm.

·         Ten-key accurately and quickly.

·         Must be reliable and punctual

·         Is a positive, energetic team-oriented person.

Shifts are variable as we are open 7 days a week.
Must have a flexible availability.
Shifts will be variable between:
7:00AM - 6:30PM Monday thru Saturday
9:00AM - 5:00PM on Sunday.

Part and Full Time positions available.
Compensation depends on experience
