Division:

The Society & Technology Research Group and the Customer Research Center provide end-to-end research solutions from macro trend analysis to concept ideation to user testing.

Our iterative research process supports Mercedes-Benz engineering, design, marketing, and strategy teams in developing industry-leading products and services.

Job Description

Start Date: June 2017, 3-6 months duration, full-time, 40 hours per week

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • In-depth driver Interviews, concept ideation, creative thinking, data collection
  • Data input and analysis
  • Documentation of findings (MS Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Human Factors, HCI, or
    related field

Skills & Attributes:

  • Knowledge of human factors/UX research methods, survey development, interviewing, and usability testing
  • Ability to work in a team but also work independently
  • Proficiency with standard Windows applications

Special Skills Required:

  • Must be able to travel domestically
