Saalary range :- 1.50lacs to 3lacs.p.a

Job role :-

1. I have required assisting the Front Line Sales Department by Generating Leads and fixing appointments.
2. Explain company services, products to our clients.
3. Calling new & existing clients.
4. Explain about Company services.
5. Maintain Client database.
6. Maintain good client relation.
7. Achieving monthly sales targets.
8.      Fixing appointments for the BDEs

9.      Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls of Customers

10.  Maintaining Call Quality

11.  Registration of queries & complaint through CRM

12.  Handling of escalated Call / Queries both from Tele care & Distributors end.

13.  Complaint resolution and time bound resolution
