Agreement Execution & Contract Compliance: Oversee, draft, and execute buyer representation agreements, exclusive listing contracts, purchase agreements, and complex addenda with total legal and regulatory precision.
Multi-Pillar Integration: Co-lead client strategy sessions alongside Mission Mortgage Loan Officers and Town & Country Insurance Advisors to deliver unified real estate, financing, and risk mitigation solutions.
SLA & Operational Discipline: Drive strict adherence to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring 24- to 48-hour turnarounds on initial strategy presentations, market evaluations, and client deliverables.
