Job Description

Located in the European headquarters in the center of Paris, the European Markets team is a multinational team in charge of in-markets efficiency. Ensuring that we deliver the right service on each markets this team works closely to the pan-european acquisition and brand teams bringing them local lenses to reach prospects and customers.

We are looking for the Country Manager France (6 months contract) who defines marketing plans in its country and works to implement it with the various departments with whom he worked in close collaboration and which provides the roadmap and all creative assets, products and CRM.


Attached to the European VP, the Country Director and its team are in charge of bringing local lenses to the strategy and action plans

Ensure Meetic and DisonsDemain remain insight driven services with local customers at the heart of everything.

Take responsibility for the overall go-to-market strategy : development of the annual Integrated Market. Plan as well as the monthly tactical planning of activities and business reviews.

Take responsibility of true local market knowledge and develop a unique holistic view of what’s happening in the market.
Drive monitoring and Analysis of market performance based on Trending of KPIs and internal datas, Competition benchmark, Business and Category Development.

With both Internal acquisition team and external media agency make sure acquisition strategic briefs and monthly planning are in line with your Market Plan. Create contacts with local external partners.

Execute and amplify the HQ-aligned brand strategy across all channels both external and internal, ensuring consistency 

Creative Planning & Execution – management of the creative implementation process from toolkit to execution, measurement of campaign performance and optimization.  

Work alongside Product & CRM to ensure customer insight continues to lead product and to be compliant with our brand guidelines and vision.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Higher studies in Marketing, Bac +4/5 in business school, you have 7 years minimum experience in a similar position. Mobile experience is desired
- Appetite for innovation / customer experience / digital /media and social
- Writing and creative capacity
- Discipline and analytical capacity
- Taste for teamwork

- Good knowledge of the local media landscape

Contract of limited duration of 6 months, from Feb to June, 2018
