We are hiring a Director of Nursing for a small, privately held, nursing home and long term care facility in the Boston area. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care. You would be responsible for the selection, training, discipline and supervision of the nursing staff, working with the supplies and equipment and departmental budgets.

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in nursing

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or AS

• Current Registered Nurse License in Mass
