The Profession
Responsible for day to day operations oversight of the facility's Outpatient Division.
As the Division Head, you are expected to deliver these duties:
To do these, you need to be equipped with vast knowledge and extensive experience on budgeting, development, research and analysis of new and existing clinical services. You will be designing and implementing cost reduction strategies when necessary. You are also responsible for strategic and capital equipment planning and technology assessment for Outpatient Unit
- Process Management
- Resource allocation and performance improvement and training
- Provides effective leadership, management, direction and administration for entire assigned unit

Qualifications
BSN, required - Master's Degree in Nursing (Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration, preferred; proventrack record of effective management within a Hospital/Healthcare Environment.
Paper works:
- Active License in Colorado or ability to obtain one
- Minimum of 2 post graduate experience as DON in Hospital/Healthcare Environment or Skilled nursing facility
- Minimum 2 years Management Experience
- Specialty certifications/credentials - BCLS, ACLS
- Competencies in Financial Management and Leadership
- Very keen decision-making and problem solving skills
