What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and architect the technical solutions our customers rely on, owning the integration approach end to end and translating business requirements into clear, buildable technical specifications.

  • Define technical requirements for API scalability, security, and performance, and set the standards the broader team builds and supports against.

  • Partner with engineering to build and maintain integrations using APIs, HL7, VPN, SFTP, and data formats like CSV/XLS.

  • Troubleshoot complex data exchange issues, reading and interpreting API documentation and system logs to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external integration partners and integration requests, communicating with charm, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing technical support to ensure lasting technical alignment.

  • Build and maintain quarterly and annual roadmaps for the App Store, and support its long-term strategy by scoping new integrations and identifying market trends.

  • Collaborate with UX designers to map workflows and use discovery techniques to de-risk projects for feasibility and business viability.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and iterate quickly based on feedback to ensure releases solve verified customer pain points.

  • Lead daily scrums and manage the engineering backlog, ensuring the team is never blocked and work flows at high velocity.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies so new integrations launch with maximum impact and visibility.

  • Create documentation and lead training for Onboarding, Support, Sales Engineering, and Client Services to ensure seamless feature rollouts.

  • Oversee the tools and technical documentation that enable seamless partner integrations.

  • Keep all stakeholders looped in through frequent demos and transparent status updates, ensuring they feel heard throughout the development cycle.

  • You are energized by client interaction and thrive in collaborative, high-energy environments.

  • You take full ownership of your "pod," sticking your neck out to drive initiatives from idea to release.

  • You align with the ALIS culture of honesty, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
