Job Description

With a team of 55+ employees, we are growing and are looking for a Marketing Associate to join us. This position will report directly to our leadership team and will join a small but mighty Marketing team. 


We are seeking a confident subject matter expert to help position Medtelligent as a company and ALIS as a product . This is not your typical marketing role; we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and can wear multiple hats at once. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quirky, charismatic and passionate about producing top quality work. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, print, email, etc.).
  • Plan, promote and execute Medtelligent events and projects ( webinars, podcasts, speaking engagements).
  • Manage logistics, create promotional materials, and engage with external clients for all Medtelligent events and projects.
  • Manage and maintain Medtelligent's brand identity with input from leadership.
  • Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral.
  • Manage all digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and website analytics.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing.
  • 1+ years of eHR/SaaS industry experience.
  • Has an understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

In some instances, third round interviews are held.
