Job Description

As a Marketing Program Manager at Medtelligent, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization. This position requires a seasoned marketing professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and positioning strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiation of products and services.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of content marketing strategies to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content across various formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media posts.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics and analytics to track ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools that support the sales process.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights and inform optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product management, sales, and creative services to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Partner with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving results through strategic marketing planning and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tactics, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
