Job Description

Head of Delegate Sales circa £50K basic plus comms. Working for a fast growing independent exhibition business. Based in London.

Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Delegate Sales to take the full responsibility for their growing delegate sales team. You would be working under the guidance of a highly experienced management team who have already grown the business significantly. You will lead a sales team of 20-30 people who all need coaching and developing. You will need to be able to show the way and build a strong delegate strategy. There is a mixture of free to attend events (market leading) and paid for delegates. Their shows attract great audience numbers, are well recognised, have an excellent set of speakers and the company have built up a significant data set over recent years.

  • Well trained in sales process, can lead from the front and develop people.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Sold in a B2B capacity.
