Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (province of Ontario), you will play a crucial role in MEDFAR's market penetration strategy in Ontario. Your primary focus will be on business development and sales of MYLE, our electronic medical record (EMR) system, to primary care establishments and stakeholders in Ontario.

Reporting to Kassandra (National Sales Director), we are looking for our first sales team member based in the province of Ontario! You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the success of MYLE in Ontario and MEDFAR’s organic growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the launch of MYLE in Ontario by ensuring the recruitment of pilot clinics and collaborating in the development of the go-to-market commercial strategy.
  • Establish and maintain communication with primary care establishments to present and promote our range of products, particularly MYLE. our range of products.
  • Travel to clinics in Ontario to meet potential clients, develop your sales territory, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionalities and benefits of MYLE to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the client-facing and product management teams on various initiatives aimed at accelerating MYLE’s organic growth in Ontario.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to leverage them new sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales quotas and develop sales strategies that increase overall sales performance.

Qualifications

Ideally, you have: 

  • University degree in business administration, communication, or any other related discipline.
  • 5 years of professional success in B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and market penetration in competitive and innovative sectors.
  • Ability to quickly establish good relationships with clients and demonstrate active listening to deeply understand their needs.
  • Strong interest and passion for sales.
  • Ability to collaborate, teamwork, and determination.
  • Excellent ability to execute complex sales strategies.
  • Excellent ability to monitor, measure, and evaluate the success of deployed strategies, and implement improvements.
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to present and sell software products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare system (an asset).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing software (an asset).

Working condition:

  • This job requires travel
  • Candidates must have a car and a valid driver's license (class 5 driver's license).
