Job Description

Collaborate with US Healthcare companies to ensure that their providers meet all necessary US regulatory requirements, enabling them to provide patient care.  

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in English (speaking, writing, and listening).
  • Must be able to work effectively within a team and independently. (Ability to work independently and to prioritize and manage multiple projects.)
  • Must have computer proficiency and the ability to learn and work with software that manages customer information.
  • Must have strong critical thinking skills to analyze situations, assess options, and make informed decisions based on logic and reasoning.
  • Preferred experience in customer service. 
  • Does NOT need to know the healthcare credentialing space.  We will train and develop this skill set.
  • Does NOT need previous work experience (new grads welcome!).
