Your Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a track record of developing and scaling sales teams.  This position will directly manage other sales leaders as well as run a small team of sales professionals. This role will also oversee the activities and performance of the sales group by tracking sales goals, setting individual targets, and creating and facilitating ongoing training for the sales team.  Work ethic, sales execution, culture, and an entrepreneurial spirit are key for this role.

***Must have led a SaaS Inside Sales Organization to be considered for this position.

 

Responsibilities

 

•    Leader of Leaders while also managing a core group of senior sales reps.

•    Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

•    Use data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and exceed revenue targets.

•    Use data to drive the sales team to exceed quotas and targets through regular communication and your unique aptitude to think ‘outside of the box’ in coming up with new and inventive ways to inspire and motivate the team.

•    Meeting with Sales Managers as well as other stakeholders to assess the sales team's performance and overseeing the performance management of underperforming staff members.

•    Setting and tracking sales goals and reporting results.

•    Devising and implementing new business initiatives and sales strategies while monitoring their effectiveness.

•    Increasing the efficiency of business procedures by meeting with operational and sourcing departments as well as working directly with the VP of Sales to increase operational efficiency across the organization

•    Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

•    Creating and implementing the ongoing training of your salespeople.

•    Developing your sales team with product knowledge and coursework

 

Qualifications

•    5+ years of experience leading High Velocity SaaS Inside Sales teams.

•    The ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.

•    Built and delivered sales training

•    Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.

•    Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

•    The ability to create and maintain good relationships with customers.

•    Strong negotiating and sales skills

•    REQUIRED: Salesforce and Gong experience
