Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is part of a team responsible for credentialing healthcare providers, enrolling those providers with insurance payers, and leading client engagement with our Learning Management System. The CSM works closely with the entire credentialing department to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Communication, coordination, problem solving, and follow through are essential ingredients for success in this position.

Qualifications

●      Knowledge of payer enrollment, medical billing, and credentialing

●      2-3 years of experience in healthcare

●      Associate's degree or industry-specific work experience required

●      Knowledge of multi-state Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment

●      Knowledge of PECOS and CAQH

●      Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets

●      Excellent oral and written communication skills

●      Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both internally and externally

●      Ability to follow through on tasks, assume responsibility, and exercise good judgment

●      Ability to prioritize workload and maintain a professional attitude in stressful situations
