Your Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Enterprise level sales professional with experience selling technology and software in the Healthcare space. This is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for creating and implementing a GTM process for Enterprise sales and building and managing a strong sales pipeline. This position will play a critical role in generating new business and markets domestically. The successful candidate will enjoy a team-selling atmosphere, dynamic compensation plan, engaged management team, collaborative marketing campaigns, as well as a fun and spirited culture. Ideal candidates will have successful individual contributor experience selling SaaS solutions in operations, customer service, analytics, finance, or marketing teams. The candidate must excel at qualifying and closing new opportunities over a complex and competitive sales cycle.  
**Experience with a building and growing Enterprise organization is a must!

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • This is an individual contributor role that will require previous experience in building out an Enterprise organization as well as hunting new deals to drive our GTM strategy.
  • Identify, uncover, build, close, and implement new business opportunities within a given territory to exceed the assigned sales quota
  • Experience with building and driving a GTM strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of ABM and able to execute at a high level while working with our marketing team.
  • Effectively map out large accounts and interface with VP and C-Level contacts.
  • Regularly update CRM system with the latest customer information and use customer intelligence for account planning purposes
  • Demonstrate full sales cycle skills from research and discovery to software demonstrations to negotiation and pricing.
  • Manage and lead the strategy of other team members, company resources, and partners throughout the sales cycle
  • Engage with industry influencers and buyers to better understand the market trends, pressures, and challenges.
  • Utilize our multiple platforms designed to maximize your business: Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Accurately forecast and manage all sales activity in Salesforce
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospects and handle complex sales negotiations

Qualifications

 

  • Track record of surpassing quota 
  • Successful experience in cold calling C-Suite prospects and engaging them in the sales process
  • Proven track record of selling highly complex related solutions within the healthcare industry, laboratory background desired
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a dynamic environment
  • A self-motivated and responsible individual who will represent the company with the highest level of integrity
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, decision-making, human relations, presentation, and organization skills
  • Required:  Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce.com)
  • Required:  5+ years of experience in selling software to large enterprise accounts
  • Required:  Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry
