Job Description

The Credentialing Customer Success Manager (CSM) Team Leader is part of a team responsible for credentialing physician clients and enrolling those clients with payers. The Team Leader works closely with our physician clients and billing staff to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Communication, coordination, and follow-through are essential ingredients for success in this position.

CSM Team Leader Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily CSM and client meetings
  • Monitor preparation and analysis of reporting to clients
  • Analyze customer need base and offer additional products as appropriate
  • Oversee conducting of regular client account audits
  • Ensure development and implementation of client retention strategies
  • Provide technical expertise on sales calls
  • Ensure development and maintenance of strong client relationships
  • Supervise Implementation of strong project management protocols

Qualifications

Knowledge of insurance payer enrollment, medical billing, and credentialing

  • 3 years of experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of insurance payer enrollment, medical billing, and credentialing
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare
  • Verifiable 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Associate's degree or industry-specific work experience required
  • Knowledge of multi-state Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrollments
  • Knowledge of PECOS and CAQH
  • Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both internally and externally
  • Ability to follow through on tasks, assume responsibility, and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and maintain a professional attitude in all situations
  • Ability to lead a team of CSM’s to perform targeted credentialing and payer enrollment activities
  • Ability to develop, implement and monitor client engagement plans
