Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is part of a team responsible for credentialing healthcare providers and enrolling those providers with insurance payers. The CSM works closely with the entire credentialing department to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process. Communication, coordination, problem solving, and follow through are essential ingredients for success in this position.

Qualifications

●      Knowledge of payer enrollment, medical billing, and credentialing

●      2-3 years of experience in healthcare

●      Associate's degree or industry-specific work experience required

●      Knowledge of multi-state Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment

●      Knowledge of PECOS and CAQH

●      Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheets

●      Excellent oral and written communication skills

●      Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both internally and externally

●      Ability to follow through on tasks, assume responsibility, and exercise good judgment

●      Ability to prioritize workload and maintain a professional attitude in stressful situations
