Job Description

MedTrainer is looking for a Demand Gen Manager (remote) who will drive our growth through creative and data-driven marketing. We have a great product-market fit, great conversion rates, and we’re looking for someone who can grow and feed our top-of-funnel marketing efforts. This role reports into the Sr. Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute growth strategies to drive leads, demos, and closed-won business 

  • Work with various stakeholders to plan campaigns and deliver them to the market

  • Be omnichannel. Find growth levers through different channels

  • Data is everything. Find ways to measure everything throughout the funnel and make smart decisions based on that data.

  • Work with agencies, vendors, and 3rd parties when needed to scale up our demand.

  • Spend and budget responsibly. You will be given a monthly budget to begin and as we drive great results that budget will continue to grow.

  • Communicate campaigns and programs with our sales team so they can effectively reach out to prospects.

  • Work with others in the marketing department to help you build the assets needed to execute your programs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in marketing in Demand Gen, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns and driving big results. Know your numbers.
  • B2B SaaS background a big plus
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Automation Software, and other B2B growth tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both internally and externally
  • Business owner and driver mentality. Work every day with a mindset to win.
  • Strategy and prioritization expert. There are a million demand gen strategies. We need you to focus on the most impactful ones.
