Job Description

We are looking for a results-focused and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to join our Employment Services team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities at volume for our clients.

You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage relationships with national employers to generate job opportunities
  • Coordinate the delivery of pre-employment programs in partnership with employers to support high volume recruitment outcomes.
  • Facilitate successful interviews, placements and onboarding of clients into employment opportunities
  • Develop innovative workforce solutions that meet employer needs while creating meaningful career pathways for clients.
  • Create diverse and inclusive employment opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted partner for employers, ensuring a seamless and coordinated experience across all stakeholder interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sustainable employment outcomes and exceed performance targets.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing employer relationships, partnerships or key accounts
  • Has a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated to exceed KPIs
  • Is confident in building relationships and engaging stakeholders from diverse industries
  • Has strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
