This role offers a unique mix of metro and regional work, providing exposure to diverse settings, participants and clinical experiences. For those who enjoy travelling, optional FIFO opportunities are available to regional WA locations, with all travel and accommodation arranged by us.

Your Role:

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families 
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders 
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students 
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions 
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
• A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
