Job Description
We are seeking individuals with a background in Administration or Reception to work Part Time (3 days per week) within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector, based 100% in our Melbourne Office.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service while managing a broad range of administrative and office coordination responsibilities.
Some of your day to day includes:
- Managing high-volume telephone, email and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate client records and case documentation within internal systems.
- Coordinating reception, visitor management and office administration functions.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and confidential documentation.
- Providing administrative and operational support to management and professional staff.
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining a positive team culture
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and adaptable with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, maintaining confidentiality and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
- Strong administration and business support experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Excellent customer service, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
