Speech Pathologist | Penrith

  • Full-time
  • Job Status: Full Time

Company Description

Find your people. Grow your career.

The best Speech Pathologists don't stay in a role because of a job title.

They stay because they're supported. Because their team has their back. Because there's someone to bounce ideas off after a tricky session, celebrate wins with after a breakthrough, and help them grow into the clinician they want to become.

That's what we're building at Real Therapy Solutions.

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services for over 25 years. With purpose-built clinics and Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we're one connected team helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, real-life outcomes while providing a supportive environment where clinicians can learn, collaborate, and thrive.

Job Description

A place where you'll never feel like you're doing it alone

What makes Real Therapy Solutions different isn't just what we do—it's how we do it.

We're proud of the culture we've built. One that's welcoming, supportive and refreshingly down-to-earth.

Our clinicians collaborate daily. Questions are encouraged. Ideas are shared. Successes are celebrated. When challenges arise, you'll have experienced colleagues around you who are ready to help.

What the role looks like

  • Manage a varied, primarily clinic-based caseload with some community visits – schools, homes
  • Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
  • Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
  • Conduct observations and standardised assessments to develop meaningful, participant‑centred goals
  • Deliver evidence‑based therapy that builds communication, participation and independence
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes

What’s in it for you:

  • Feel rewarded – competitive salary, KM and tolls reimbursement ($1.01 p/km), fortnightly incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks
  • Access more through MedHealth – wellbeing programs, salary packaging, novated leasing, Fitness Passport, travel club, reward programs, additional leave and access to a range of corporate partnerships
  • 1:1 supervision + mentoring — from Team Leaders, Senior Clinicians, and Clinic Managers who genuinely care.
  • Keep growing — group supervision, lunch‑and‑learns, conference days, internal/external PD, and a huge online learning portal.
  • Flexibility that actually works – with options that support your life outside of work
  • A fun, connected team vibe — team lunches, dinners, theme days, festive celebrations… we love a good excuse to have fun.
  • Modern tech + admin support — so you can focus on great therapy, not paperwork.

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for ongoing learning.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Additional Information

Our team’s impact has been recognised with Most Outstanding Health Service awards in 2023, 2024, and 2026, and we were named finalist for Outstanding Employer of Choice in 2025—which we think says a lot about the kind of team you’ll be joining.
