Through our Kairros Interpreting Service (KIS), we help clients overcome cross-cultural barriers by delivering tailored interpreting solutions that support effective communication, helping to ensure accuracy, understanding, and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.
Job Description
As a contractor on our KIS panel, you will provide interpreting services for individuals who have sustained psychological or physical workplace injuries. Your work will primarily support medical and healthcare-related conversations, ensuring clear and accurate communication across all parties.
We are currently seeking NAATI Accredited Interpreters in the following languages:
- Lao
- Hindi
- Vietnamese
- Dinka
- Nepali
- Khmer
- Samoan
- Bosnian
- Maltese
Opportunities include both tele-interpreting and face-to-face assignments, depending on your location
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role
- A current ABN
- NAATI Accreditation as an Interpreter in one of the languages above (essential)
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultural groups
