Company Description
Looking for more from your OT role?
More support. More variety. More reasons to enjoy coming to work.
That's what we're building at Real Therapy Solutions.
Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, has been delivering multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan for over 25 years. With purpose‑built clinics featuring Sensory Gyms in Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith, we operate as one connected team—supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful, real‑life outcomes.
In 2024 we joined MedHealth Group, which means even more stability, security, long‑term career pathways, and a whole suite of additional rewards and benefits. It’s truly the best of both worlds: the warmth and connection of a close‑knit team, backed by the strength, resources, and opportunities of a national network.
Job Description
This is one of those roles where you get a bit of everything—in the best way.
You’ll work across both clinic and community settings, supporting clients across the lifespan to build confidence, independence, and skills they can actually use in everyday life. Some days, you’ll be in the clinic bouncing ideas around with your team. Other days, you’ll be out in the community—seeing therapy come to life where it really counts.
And yes—your travel time is billable (because your time matters).
You won’t be doing it alone either. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team—sharing ideas, talking through cases, and learning from each other as you go. It’s hands‑on, meaningful work, with the right balance of autonomy and support.
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely looks out for each other—whether you need a second opinion, want to bounce around an idea, or are having one of those days, you won’t be on your own. It’s an environment where you can ask questions, think out loud, and be open about the tricky stuff—no pressure to have it all figured out.
If you’re early in your career, you’ll gain confidence quickly with the right support around you. If you’re more experienced, you’ll have room to stretch, lead, and shape what’s next.
- Clear pathways into clinical leadership and beyond
- Opportunities to grow within RTS or across the wider MedHealth Group
In short—this isn’t a stop along the way. It’s somewhere you can actually grow into.
We know the day‑to‑day matters—but so do the extras.
- Feel rewarded – competitive salary, KM reimbursement (99c/km), fortnightly incentives, bonuses, and wellbeing perks
- Access more through MedHealth – wellbeing programs, salary packaging, novated leasing, Fitness Passport, travel club, reward programs, additional leave and access to a range of corporate partnerships
- Flexibility that actually works – with options that support your life outside of work
- Keep growing – ongoing internal and external PD, training, and learning opportunities to build your skills and confidence
- Support - Clinical supervision, structured onboarding program and mentoring from experienced OTs
Qualifications
What you'll bring
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- A person‑centred approach and practical mindset
- Interest in working with clients across the lifespan
- Driver’s license + access to a registered vehicle
