We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organisational, communication and leadership skills who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Operations Manager (SA/NT), you will support the day-to-day operations of our Adelaide office, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, switchboard, inbox and visitor experience
- Coordinate appointments, bookings and documentation for assessments
- Liaise with consultants, clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of information
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and compliance standards
- Manage office administration tasks (mail, couriers, banking, cancellations, shredding)
- Support consultants with scheduling changes and logistics
- Build strong relationships with consultants, clients and team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to team members as needed
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and WHS requirements
- Assist with ad hoc duties and projects
Qualifications

- Experience in a customer-focused administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Resilient and solutions-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and customer focus
- Positive, approachable and team-oriented mindset
