We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a 12-month full-time contract. Reporting to the National Quality Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality, client-focused administrative services within a collaborative team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and maintain a professional office environment
- Assist the National Quality Manager with assessments and coordinating medical reports
- Liaise with internal teams, medical consultants, clients, and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Reports Production team to ensure efficient workflow
- Contribute to timely report delivery and overall team effectiveness
Qualifications
About You
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in medical/legal or injury management (desirable)
