We're a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals and admin staff dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We operate from purpose-built clinics in Balcatta, Joondalup, and Canning Vale & Jindalee!

You’ll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment. We offer individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools, wherever children need us most.

Job Description

At AIM Therapy, our Physiotherapists are truly supported to thrive.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our Canning Vale team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).

This role offers genuine flexibility, a supportive and collaborative team culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

You’ll support children to develop their skills, confidence, and independence, working primarily in our Canning Vale clinic with some school-based visits.

You’ll be part of a warm and welcoming multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, shared learning, and celebrating achievements, both big and small. You’ll have the freedom to bring creativity into your sessions, along with ongoing support to grow your clinical skills, and the time to build strong, meaningful relationships with the children and families you support.

What the Role Looks Like Day‑to‑Day

  • Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
  • Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
  • Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
  • Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on.
  • Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    • Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
    • A valid Working With Children Check
    • National Police Clearance
    • A current driver’s licence
    • Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids & families
    • Experience in early intervention, including support for babies and young children
