Job Description
How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:
- Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
- Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
- Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
- Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.
- Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
- Undertaking psychological assessments to determine client recovery needs and goals.
- Undertaking adjustment to injury counselling.
- Completing Vocational Assessments.
- Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders
Qualifications
What you bring to the role?
- Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC
- Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time

- Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 base depending on experience.
