We’re currently looking for a talented Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

• Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
• Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
• Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
• Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence-based solutions.
• Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
• Undertaking psychological assessments to determine client recovery needs and goals.
• Undertaking adjustment to injury counselling.
• Completing Vocational Assessments.
• Collaborating with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders

What you bring to the role?

• Australian recognised degree qualification in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration with ASORC 
• Willingness to travel (A current vehicle and drivers licence is required)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time

• Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 base depending on experience.
