Job Description

We’re expanding our multidisciplinary team and are seeking a Registered Psychologist to support NDIS participants across the Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula regions.

In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to individuals with psychosocial disabilities and long-term health conditions, supporting them to achieve greater independence and meaningful life outcomes.

Your role

  • Manage a diverse NDIS caseload across the lifespan

  • Conduct assessments and clinical interviews to guide goal-focused interventions

  • Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor risk, and produce high-quality NDIS reports

About you

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist

  • Experience in NDIS or strong interest in disability support

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

  • Collaborative approach with openness to supervising junior clinicians
