Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the primary HR partner to Regional and Senior Managers, translating business priorities into practical people strategies.
  • Provide expert ER/IR advice, including complex case management, investigations, grievances and performance matters.
  • Support leadership capability, performance, talent and engagement initiatives across your client group.
  • Deliver workforce insights, ensure compliance with HR processes, and contribute to organisational change, culture and development initiatives.

Qualifications

You will bring:

  • Experience in a senior HR generalist or ER/IR-focused role, with strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER/IR matters and conducting workplace investigations.
  • Strong capability in performance management, talent, engagement, culture and change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical capability and a commercial, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR or Law (highly regarded).
