Job Description

We are growing our multidisciplinary team across the Dandenong and Mornington Peninsula regions and are seeking a Registered Psychologist to support NDIS participants.

You’ll deliver evidence-based psychological interventions for individuals with psychosocial disabilities and enduring health conditions, helping them achieve meaningful, independent lives.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing a diverse NDIS caseload across the lifespan

  • Conducting assessments and clinical interviews to inform goal-aligned interventions

  • Delivering person-centred, systemic, evidence-based therapy

  • Monitoring risk, collaborating with stakeholders, and producing high-quality NDIS reports

 

Qualifications

To be considered, you will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist

  • Experience in the NDIS or a strong passion for disability support

  • Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and openness to supervising junior clinicians
