Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking to grow our ACT team, and an opportunity has become available for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to help us achieve this goal. You will manage a caseload of your own, provide coaching assistance to your colleagues, and engage with customers continuing to grow Kairros’ presence in ACT.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking a range of assessments and case work
  • Building strong relationships with customer and other stakeholders
  • Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
  • Provide coaching and nurturing of your colleagues to continue to drive high performing work and achieve positive outcomes

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role

  • Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
  • A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
  • A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
  • Strong customer relations skills with a business growth focused mindset
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
