- Deliver much needed Early Childhood Supports under the NDIS to children aged up to 9 years within schools, homes and the community
- Manage an allocated caseload and provide evidence-based therapeutic services in a timely manner
- Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Key Workers and Allied Health Assistants
- Advocate for your participants and their families with other stakeholders involved with providing support to them via other services and organisations
This is a permanent part-time (minimum 3 days/week) position.

About you
- Extensive experience working with children aged from 0 up to 9 years (ideally) and their families
- Experience working as a Key Worker for a registered NDIS provider would be ideal
- Strong knowledge and advocation for the key worker model would be an advantage
- Passionate about working in the disability sector and providing high quality, evidence-based therapeutic Early Childhood supports to children
- Demonstrated suitability for working in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with exceptional time management and organisational skills, to manage a caseload

Qualifications
- Completed degree qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Primary School Teaching or Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy or Social Work
- MUST have current Proficient accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) as a Teacher OR current full registration with the Australian Health Pracititoner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist OR current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) as a Speech Pathologist OR current membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) as a Social Worker
