Job Description
Our clinicians advocate strongly for our participants so that they can get the support they need, when they need it! You will...
- Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision
- Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops
- Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.

About your AAA-Team
Our Adelaide team are a values driven, collaborative, inclusive group who embrace diversity. You will be working alongside dynamic and supportive individuals who are also a social bunch that includes OT’s, Speechies and Behaviour Support Practitioners. We love getting together at our modern, light-filled Norwood office (that also has a dedicated clinic space) as well as local cafes to support participants, support each other and socialise. We get together regularly for fun activities such as quiz nights, beach walks, bowling, and sip n paint sessions.
Our engaging and dedicated Regional Manager, Kate Koleff, steers the ship and keeps everyone happy with a well-stocked fruit bowl, good coffee, and yummy biscuits. We have a pet friendly office, so you will have the opportunity to meet our ‘health and well-being officers’, such as Muffin the rabbit and our assortment of pet pooches that pay us a visit.
