Job Description

We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Greater Western Sydney and Sydney East Metro.

This is an on-site position

We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that work’s for everyone, whilst having fun along the way.

Qualifications

***NO PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT SERVICES EXPERIENCE NECESSARY***

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
  • Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)

No previous employment services experience necessary – we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
