Job Description
The Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring clients achieve the full growth potential leveraging the medEbridge platform. This role builds relationships with key stakeholders from executives to case managers to foster collaboration, develop an understanding of the client’s needs and challenges, identify and implement solutions design expand the medEbridge offering while supporting the customers journey, educate users, and ultimately increase client’s retention and growth of the platform.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Execute the business strategy to sustainably grow the medEbridge Solutions business in terms of top line and bottom-line financial growth
- Execute on programs that facilitate onboarding, deepen product knowledge, increase usage, and secure high client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement and encourage and foster this focus organisation-wide with a specific focus on driving commercial outcomes and on-platform differentiation of MedHealth offerings
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client’s industry and business challenges and foster relationships with key stakeholders to appropriately map solutions to their business strategy and needs
- Be a product expert and thought leader to intelligently educate our clients on the value of medEbridge and its features
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and any other opportunities to improve the ‘stickiness’ of clients, revenue and value proposition that the platform delivers
- Work with key suppliers to contract and on-board services matching the client facing demand while achieving a financial transaction margin
- Overall success will be measured via P&L performance, new categories of service on platform with material transactions and satisfaction on both sides of the marketplace

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role with at least 5+ years with a customer facing focus
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and explain concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of performing under tight deadlines and managing multiple, varied tasks
- Experience managing and orchestrating company team resources on behalf of customers
- Experience proactively growing customer knowledge and relationships within complex accounts
- Ensuring the right sense of urgency and diligence across the company
- Experience increasing technology adoption and creating long term transformational account strategies
- Establish onboarding communication plan and ensure execution for each client
