We're looking for Job Coaches, In-Work Support Consultants, and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Eastwood and surrounding suburbs!

• Multilingual skills in Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
• Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
• Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
