Job Description
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors at a reception desk;
- Manage incoming calls and email for client enquiries;
- Accurate data entry into SIS' client database system;
- Assisting case managers with opening and closing claims;
- Previous experience pulling and interpreting data is a requirement
- Assisting with mailing/postage of letters and small parcels;
- Organising catering for events and meetings we hold from time to time;
- Managing stock levels of office supplies and completing online orders as necessary;
- Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients and customers;
- Keep the reception areas clean and tidy;
- Full-time (preferred) or Part-time position
- Friendly, fun, supportive, and inclusive team
Prior administration experience working within the medical or health industry would be highly regarded but not essential if the above skills criteria can be demonstrated.
Qualifications
Cert III in Business Administration or similar is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for a team player, with a friendly and helpful telephone manner and a positive approach to work.
You will also have:
- Intermediate experience with the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- High level of attention to detail;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to self-motivate;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Professional written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to treat all sensitive information with professionalism and confidentially;
- Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes;
- Professional appearance and demeanour;
- Demonstrated initiative and openness to learn.
