Job Description

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic, close-knit team! In this role, you'll support our clinicians in delivering exceptional services to our clients, ensuring a positive client experience through a variety of activities that help enhance their journey with us. You'll also contribute to fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll provide assistance and friendly support throughout their experience, from initial inquiry to invoicing. You’ll be responsible for managing documentation and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

About you:

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with administrative tasks
  • Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive team environment
  • Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Excited to work alongside some of South Australia’s best Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience in a Medical or Allied Health setting is a plus
