We are seeking an experienced and driven Customer Services Officer with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a can-do attitude and a great team player. Also potentially beneficial is experience in legal, insurance, health and medical industries. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers and medical specialists through the provision of advice and arranging suitable appointments and preparing files.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with customers to book appropriate medical specialists for appointments 
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries and appointments services
  • Providing administrative and operational support to medical specialists
  • Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
  • Undertaking other tasks assigned including reception duties,  file preparation, engaging with customers, liaising with medical specialists, invoicing and supporting the greater team in general

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Demonstrates significant experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in invoicing desirable
  • Demonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environment
  • A personal approach which is warm, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
  • Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibility
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
