Job Description
The Position:
This role will see you build new and manage existing networks in the community to secure employment opportunities for our clients who live with disability, injury, illness and disadvantage to build better working lives.
Like our best performers, you will be a driven, resilient and energetic professional. You will have the ability to network with employers, build relationships and account manage effectively. Your personable approach will assist to manage employer's expectations and to build strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with, develop and maintain employer and community networks with the overall goal of securing employment opportunities for our clients;
- Manage a small caseload of clients demonstrating empathy and compassion;
- Provide advocacy and information about atWork Australia's services - connecting both clients and the wider community;
- Revel in an energetic environment and challenge yourself;

Qualifications
Attributes and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
- Ability to network and a genuine passion to manage and build solid partnerships with employers and clients;
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities;
- Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
