We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager, to join our team in Wollongong and surrounding suburbs.
If you thrive on building and leading high-performance teams in a diverse and interesting environment, this Regional Manager role will suit you well.
Through your team of Service Managers and Job Coaches, you will be responsible for the delivery and profitability of Employment Services contracts within your allocated Employment Region, in accordance with contractual requirements set out by the Department and atWork Australia policies and procedures.
Externally, you will have the scope to build relationships with employers and community partners to reinforce atWork Australia's success, in line with our employer engagement strategy. Through management and leadership, you will contribute to overall improved performance across your allocated Region. You will also be key to the strength of our relationship with the Department, representing atWork Australia credibly to government stakeholders.
Qualifications
We are looking for a result focused individual, who has a real passion for helping people achieve their goals. You will need:
- Experience in WFA and Disability / Employment Services (desirable);
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment toward high performance results; and
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing priorities.
