Our Team Leaders lead their assigned clinical team successfully towards the vision and values of the organisation by inspiring and supporting each member to grow and develop into clinical leaders, who in turn inspire and support our clients to achieve the best clinical outcomes. They also...
- Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team
- Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation
- Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation’s values
- Facilitate and continually review our new staff induction program to maximise it’s effectiveness
- Foster and maintain the positive team culture
- Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance
- Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
- Managing site issues related to Workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources
- Seeking and capturing feedback from clients

About you
- Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
- Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings ideally
- Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Own vehicle and current full driver licence

Qualifications
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) OR certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
