Job Description
We are looking to grow our ACT team and an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to help us achieve this goal. You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, and engage with customers, whilst maintaining a caseload of your own.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and coaching to consultants
- Overseeing the team's performance and quality
- Building strong relationships with customer and other stakeholders
- Exploring new opportunities and growth areas
- Undertaking a range of assessments and case work
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the role
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation Counselling
- At least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation
- A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)
- A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
- A passion for mentoring and coaching
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers
- A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
