Job Description

  • Co-ordinate all activities associated with Medilaw client files, incoming legal briefs, business records and other information.
  • Prepare files to ensure that scheduled appointments can proceed on time and to the consultant doctor’s individual requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the consultant doctors.
  • Archive past appointment files.
  • Provide information to customers
  • Liaise with customers to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications

  • This is an entry level position.
  • Demonstrated aptitude and positive attitude will be highly regarded.
  • Comprehensive training and education provided in a supportive environment.
  • Attention to detail is vital.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PDF editing and Excel).
