Job Description
Whether you’re an experienced leader, or you may be looking for the opportunity to step into leadership on a permanent basis, we would love to hear from you!
Your role will include:
- Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to team members
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Deliver much needed occupational therapy services to participants in the community
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments, and interpret findings, to formulate treatment goals
Your team will:
- Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our intervention,
- We use a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoning,
- Delivering much needed Occupational Therapy interventions to participants within the setting best matched to their goals, that could be at school, at home, work or in the community, and
- Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners

Qualifications
To be considered suitable you will have:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector, including NDIS experience
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Experience supervising clinicians
- Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
